We are excited to announce the launch of BIPOC in ECJ's Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion toolkit. The JEDI Toolkit was created to advance the important work of combatting racism, inequity, and discrimination while growing meaningful conversations and action around justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
The JEDI toolkit centers the experiences of BIPOCs in environmental nonprofits. This suite of resources covers topics from understanding racism and decolonization to developing equitable and inclusive recruitment and compensation practices.
Each resource has been carefully crafted with research and best practices, and the resources can be adapted to various contexts. The toolkit features multimedia resources (videos, podcasts, readings, and worksheets) to support a wide range of different learning styles.
We invite you to visit the website directly to learn more about the JEDI toolkit and to access the resources.
