Tiffany Caldas is a social welfare strategist and artist. Tiffany is the child of Dominican and Colombian immigrants, and grew up in Maryland, in the greater Washington, D.C metropolitan area. Tiffany was introduced to public policy and social change work in high school, including being selected to participate in the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s Ready to Lead program.BRBRAn appreciable professional achievement of Tiffany’s is having led the embRACE LA campaign and coalition, which helped establish Los Angeles’ first Department of Civil Rights and Equity. Tiffany currently serves as the Chief of Staff for Partnership for Growth LA. Tiffany also provides social welfare strategy services through their firm Empactify, working with organizations to generate equitable advancement of Black and Indigenous communities. Tiffany is a trained artist, and enjoys Afro-Brazilian dance and graphite drawing in their free time.
