More Information
I believe that a better world is possible. One that is more just, sustainable, and inclusive for all the diverse organisms who call this planet home. So how do we get there? Esaac is a current PhD student at UC Santa Cruz, I have shifted my focus toward the future. I am currently exploring alternate visions of energy justice in California and the political ecology of a just transition. Specifically, I am interested in exploring interdisciplinary research related to California off-shore wind development and the intersection of ecology, politics, labor, and socio-cultural perceptions of justice in renewable energy frontier communities.
